We stayed overnight on our way home to Edmonton from a Caribbean vacation. There is no good signage that we could see to direct us to the hotel, so we actually had a hard time finding it. When you arrive internationally and are out of the checked baggage and customs area, you need to end up on level 3. There is a pedway there to take you directly to the hotel. If you have a luggage cart, find the elevator and then go to level 3. There is also an escalator from level 2 (departures if you don’t have a lot of luggage. It is really close to where security is for gates B&C. If you have the Marriott BonVoy app make sure you check in at least 30 min early if after 3 pm. I didn’t know this so ended up checking in at the desk. This took about 10-15 min since it was after 10 pm and there weren’t many desk clerks working. The process was smooth though otherwise. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the airport, right outside the train station. I sleep with earplugs and noise level was fine. My husband doesn’t use earplugs and said it wasn’t too noisy for him either. The room wasn’t terribly clean or new looking, but for one night it was ok. The decor was wasn’t dated, just worn. The nightstand had a lot of dust on it and the floors didn’t seem very clean. The beds were actually very comfortable and there seemed to be different firmnesses of pillows, which was a pleasant surprise. Toiletries were also provided along with some bottled water. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was quite good. Better than what we found inside terminal 3. Pricey, but so is everything else at the airport. The decor downstairs in lobby, lounge and restaurant is modern and fresh looking. It was surprising that the room wasn’t nicer. Overall a decent night’s sleep before heading home the next morning, but not really worth the almost $500 price tag. Getting to departures level when leaving is very easy, so the convenience of staying right in the airport can’t be beat (once you find the hotel). Would stay here again because it is so convenient and beds are comfortable.

Probably the best airport hotel I've ever stayed in. The vibes in the main foyer, lift lobbies, bar, and the Club Room (with bar) are cozy, yet spacious, with tons of well thought out work/meeting spaces. The staff are welcoming and thoughtful - shout out to Jin in the Club Room, whom made our visit extra special! The delicious Club evening hors d'oeuvres are very much worth a look too. Also worth mentioning is the availability of power outlets and the adjustable sit/stand table in the King Club room that we stayed in. At night, the room was very quiet. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel for stop overs or even visits to Toronto (short train ride into town). Thank you!

The service here is outstanding, particularly Jin in the Club Lounge who deserves a special mention for his genuine friendliness and witty banter. We absolutely loved it. Our club room on level 6 was spotlessly clean and very quiet, and the entire vibe of the lobby area is really nice. It’s spacious but not echoey, warm but not crowded, and bright without glare. We were only here one night before a flight out of terminal 3, but this would be a great place to stay if you’re visiting Toronto as the city centre is an easy fast train ride away. I’ll be recommending this hotel for sure, particularly the Club rooms. Thanks for a memorable and fabulous stay.

I stayed here in June after missing my connecting flight due to some changes. I checked in quite late around 11:30pm and was set to leave at 4:00am. The front staff was super friendly upon checking in and offered a small discount as I was only there for a few hours. The wake up call was very helpful with my schedule and the location made it very easy to get back to my early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern design. They were also able to provide me with all the amenities I needed. Overall a wonderful short stay with Sheraton!

We've stayed at the Sheraton numerous times while flying in and out of Toronto. We've stayed in a regular king room and a club king room. The club rooms are larger, there are more amenities in the bathroom and the quality of the towels are better than in the regular rooms. The club room allows you to access the club lounge for breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. The food in the lounge is pretty good. I have to say that this is one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at. Considering it's at an airport and there are many rooms down long hallways I was not disturbed by any sounds. We ate at the &More by Sheraton for breakfast for the first time on our latest trip and the food was hot and delicious but the standout was the service provided by the three (two men and one woman) mature servers. They were welcoming, friendly and efficient. They each engaged us in great conversation that was not forced and I could tell they enjoyed interacting with diners. Something that is not easily found these days. Kudos to them! My one issue with the hotel is that I think it is overpriced but I guess you pay for the convenience of staying right at the airport and not having to deal with shuttles and outside weather.

This Sheraton is an oasis within the Toronto Airport. It is quite difficult to get to from baggage claim. You need to take a tram when switching terminals, but the signage is not clear about this process. Once you arrive at the hotel, you enter a warm & inviting lobby. While we were here, they had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. Check-in is divided by status, which was greatly appreciated, making the process smoother. The front desk staff was kind and offered us an upgrade to a beautiful, large room with a runway view. The room was clean and came with a variety of amenities. What stood out to us was how quiet the room was despite overlooking the runway. We were also provided with club lounge access, but due to the time and our exhaustion, we were unable to properly enjoy the lounge, pool, or breakfast. We cannot comment on the prices here as we used our Marriott Bonvoy points to book this room. The Sheraton Gateway was our saving grace after arriving at the hellhole that is YYZ. Thank you to the kind staff for making our stay as stress-free as possible.

Conviently located in the airport making it ideal when you have a long layover. Signs everywhere to remind everyone to be quiet as people are sleeping. What steps this place up a notch is the staff at the lounge. Just a great bunch of people that made our kids laugh. The dinnee buffet was better than expected. We will gladly stay here again when passing through.

I stayed here years and years ago and found this hotel to be a bit drab. However I recently stayed here a couple of times while in transit and wow what a pleasant surprise. It looks polished, newly renovated and the service from the staff was excellent. It is a bit of a hike from terminal 1 domestic flights to get to the hotel (need to take the tram) I suggest hiring a porter service for $30 to help you with luggage, it makes it so much easier. Rooms were clean, view of runways were great Service from bell staff, concierge and front desk were all consistently great. Luggage transfer from hotel room pick up to porter service to check out was seamless. Thanks for a great stay and a wonderful transit experience. I’ll be back for sure.
